Let me tell you how you can see the photos in the posts shared on Instagram in full size without a program and without downloading anything:
See Instagram original image size on mobile:
1- Copy the Link of the Post.
2- Open Chrome and paste the link instead of the url.

?utm_medium=copy_link delete this part
Where You Deleted Add: media/?size=l
media/?size=l
the link will look like this:
Note: Notice that there is no space after the question mark.
Enter the link and the photo will now appear in its original size.
