In Starfield, a digital lockpick is required to perform missions and open chests. So which vendor can you get the digital monkey except for loots? Here is the answer:

First click on ALPHA Centauri on the map.

Then click on the planet Jemison.

Now land in New Atlantis.

After entering, turn left at the checkpoint.

Go straight ahead to the area in the picture.

and talk to the seller and get the digital monkey from the miscellaneous tab. Note: If it is not in the evening, the seller does not sell digital locksmiths.
