You will be calling Starbucks to check gift card balances (you don't talk to anyone you just use an automated system)

Call 1-800-782-7282

Go through the steps to check your gift card balance

Enter in a card number to check (If it says "Invalid" then the card can't be used, it will tell you if you didn't enter in enough digits)
