How to Fix “Couldn’t download video. Try again.“ Error

If you see an error such as "Couldn’t download video." when opening your video status in WhatsApp, it may be due to application permissions.
Check the following settings to make sure you're giving the app the correct permissions.
1- Open the settings on phone, enter applications and select WhatsApp.
2- From the WhatsApp menu, click Permissions and click Files and Media.
